This new series was developed for designs where an ultra-low profile in a very limited space with reasonable current capacity is required.<\/p>\n<p>A low-profile ferrite core in combination with a semi-shielding epoxy cap and enamelled copper-wire enables the 0603FLP series to provide an inductance range from 0.56\u00b5H to 15\u00b5H with a maximum rated current of 680mA. The operating temperature range is from -40 up to +125\u00b0C including component self-heating.<\/p>\n<p>The choke is approved for automotive applications and is AEC-Q200 compliant. Another major application of the new chip inductor is in micro power-conversion designs where reliability, efficiency, cost, and dimensions are key factors.<\/p>\n<p>Options for packaging 0603FLP are tape and reel with quantities of 1000 pieces (-08), 4000 pieces (-01) or 15000 pieces (-04).
